HOTWIRE DIRECT™ IS A VETERAN AND FAMILY OWNED MANUFACTURER AND DESIGNER OF EQUIPMENT SINCE 1994

Our foam cutting machines are manufactured in the U.S.A. using only top quality materials. We control the process from design and fabrication to sales and training. We focus on long-lasting durability, accuracy, and ease of use for our customers. We do sales, training, and support from both our Clarkston, Washington and Miami, Florida locations.

EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) foam has been recognized as a universal, cost effective medium for insulation, decorative moldings and precast molds. Architectural elements such as arches, columns, bases and moldings can be cut on a high production level. We also offer cutting tools for ICF wall panels, structural insulation (SIP) panels, and specialty precast concrete mold and model making. Custom 3D signs, theme parks, casinos, movie sets, industrial design rapid prototyping, and R&D models can also be easily created with our Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) equipment.

We’ve done helixes [with the 8700 CNC] for a spiral staircase with the turntable. That mold is the most difficult in the world to make, the helix, and I’ve come up with a way to do it on this machine. As a result, more customers have come to us because we are able to advance our designs.
